Ejes Gist News Nigeria gathered that The NELMIC gas plant along the Effurun-Sapele road, close to the Effurun post office exploded late at night.
Destroying many properties closed to the plant.

The Nigerian security forces have been dispatched to the scene to maintain order and regulate traffic.
