Nigerian Air Force Initiates Sale of Presidential Falcon 900B Aircraft
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced the commencement of the sale of one of its aircraft, the Falcon 900B, from the Presidential fleet, following approval by the Federal Government.
In a statement posted on X, the NAF invited interested individuals and entities to freely bid for the purchase of the aircraft in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
“The Federal Government of Nigeria has approved the sale of Falcon 900B aircraft owned by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF),” the statement read.

The NAF specified that interested parties could submit their bids either via email or through physical submissions. For email submissions, bids are to be password-protected and sent to [email protected]. The password, however, should be sent separately to [email protected].
In the case of physical submission, quotations should be sealed in an envelope indicating the name, address, and description of the interested company or entity, with the envelope clearly marked, ‘DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 24 DECEMBER 2023’.
The NAF emphasized that the deadline for the submission of bids is set to expire on the specified date, after which the bids will undergo immediate processing.

The sale of the Falcon 900B aircraft from the Presidential fleet marks a significant move by the Nigerian Air Force, in line with the government’s efforts and adherence to regulatory procedures under the Public Procurement Act.
Interested parties are encouraged to adhere to the outlined guidelines for submission and participate in the bidding process for the acquisition of this aircraft.
