Northern Governors Forum(NGF) Donates N180 Million to Kaduna Airstrike Victims

The Northern Governors’ Forum (NGF) has announced a generous donation of N180 million to aid the Kaduna State government and victims affected by the devastating airstrike.

The announcement came after the inaugural meeting of the NGF held in Kaduna on Friday, where the governors expressed their heartfelt condolences to the people of Kaduna.

Condemning the tragic incident that claimed over 100 lives and left many injured, the forum pledged its commitment to providing both immediate financial assistance and long-term support.

Chairman NGF and Governor of Gombe State, Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya stated,

“The forum has collectively resolved to support the Kaduna State Government and victims of the unfortunate incident of bombing at Tudun Biri Community of Igabi LGA by donating the sum of N180,000,000.00 only to the victims.”

Beyond the immediate crisis response, the NGF outlined a comprehensive plan to address key challenges affecting the Northern region.
