No less than 150 Nigerians were repatriated from Niamey, Niger Republic.
The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) received them at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos.

At approximately 11:20 a.m., a chartered Boeing 737-4B7 operated by Sky Mali with registration number FMI 6001 landed at the Cargo Wing of the Murtala Muhammad International Airport carrying the voluntary returnees.
International Organization for Migration facilitated the repatriation from Niger.
Along with other government agencies, the Coordinator of NEMA, Lagos Territorial Office, Ibrahim Farinloye, who represented the Director General, Alhaji Mustafa Ahmed, received the returnees.

There were 98 adult males, 11 child males, and 2 infant males among the returnees, while there were 24 adult females, 13 child females, and 2 infant females.
The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), NAPTIP, FAAN, Nigeria Police, and Nigeria Port Health Services also participated in the operation.
