Salva Kiir Mayardit, the president of South Sudan, can be seen in a popular video peeing in public on Tuesday as he opens a road project.
The national anthem was being sung when Salva Kiir Mayardit, South Sudan president since its independence on July 9, 2011, urinated on himself.

Unfortunately, nothing could be done to fix the embarrassing situation because the event was broadcast live on television.
The 71-year-old Salva Kiir Mayardit is thought to have a urinary tract infection, which is common in older men.
