As an Administrative Officer at Seguro Housing Cooperative Society Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Control and organize office supplies stock: Ensuring that the office has the necessary supplies and equipment to function efficiently.
  • Scheduling in-house and external events: Managing the corporate calendar and booking meeting rooms for various activities.
  • Managing important and confidential company documents: Safeguarding and organizing sensitive information.
  • Managing company databases: Keeping our data organized and up to date.
  • Providing support to clients and employees: Assisting with inquiries and offering support where needed.
  • Reviewing and updating office policies as needed: Ensuring that our office operates in compliance with established guidelines.
  • Creating reports on expenses and office budgets: Maintaining financial records and reporting on budget-related matters.
  • Managing correspondence: Handling letters, emails, and packages, and arranging travel and accommodations.
  • Creating reports and presentations: Preparing documents with statistical data and other materials as assigned.
  • Social Media Management & Content Creation: Engaging in social media activities and content creation to enhance our online presence.
  • Any other task as assigned by the management: Flexibility and a willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.

 

 

Requirements for Administrative Officer Job at Seguro Housing Cooperative Society Ltd

  • 2+ years of experience working as an Administrative Officer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Canva.
  • Strong social media skills and content creation abilities.
  • Significant experience in organizing office procedures.
  • Proficiency with office management software like MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • A BSc/HND/OND diploma.
