APP Withdraws Petition Challenging Tinubu’s Victory

 

The Action Peoples Party (APP) has requested to withdraw its petition challenging Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s victory in the 2023 General Elections.

The Party’s attorney, Obed Agu, also asked the court to dismiss and strike the lawsuit.

Tinubu’s attorney, Wole Olanipekun, stated that his client does not oppose the petition’s withdrawal and is not requesting any costs.
