Protesting aviation workers shut down Lagos airport
Murtala Muhammed Airport Lagos Terminal Two has been shut down after workers in the aviation industry staged a protest against the firing of their coworkers.

As a form of protest against the dismissal of their coworkers by Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited, the aviation workers went on strike and shut down the terminal.

As a direct consequence of the demonstration, airline operations were suspended on Tuesday morning, leaving passengers unable to board their flights.
