Job Summary:
As an Accounts Officer at Golden Oil Industries Limited, you will play a vital role in producing financial reports related to budgets, accounts payables, accounts receivables, expenses, and more. You will develop long-term business plans based on these reports, review and monitor budgets, and devise strategies to minimize financial risk.
Key Result Areas (KRA):
The key result areas of this role are as follows:
- Effective management of customer payment records.
- Quality and timeliness of sales analysis reports.
- Effective management and monitoring of finished goods stock and records.
- Checking and monitoring of sales prices before the final waybill and invoice.
Responsibilities for Accounts Officer at Golden Oil Industries Limited Recruitment.
Finance & Accounts:
- Ensure proper daily monitoring of customer payments.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices before final loading.
- Maintain close monitoring of finished goods stock and record keeping.
- Coordinate and raise Authority to Load (ATL) for loading.
- Finalize the preparation of sales documents.
- Review relevant documents before dispatch.
- Analyze sales reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Ensure sales prices align with management-approved pricing methods before preparing the final waybill and invoice.

The Ideal Candidate for the Golden Oil Industries Limited Recruitment for Accounts Officer.
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Finance and Accounting or a related field; MBA or an Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
