In a heartfelt plea, popular crossdresser Jay Boogie, known offstage as Daniel Anthony Nsikan, has reached out to the public for financial aid to cover medical expenses arising from complications after a botched Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery.
The social media sensation took to Instagram to disclose the perilous state of his health following the poorly executed Lipo 360 and BBL procedures.

Expressing the gravity of the situation, Jay Boogie revealed that not only is his health at risk, but the financial toll of the surgery has left him with no recourse but to seek assistance from the public.
In a candid statement on his Instagram page, Jay Boogie shared the details of the unfortunate turn of events.
He underwent the surgery on October 30, 2023, with Dr. Chidinma Akpa, the owner of Curvygirl_essentials, also known as CGE HEALTHCARE. However, complications arose shortly after, with the revelation that he had developed sepsis and acute kidney injury.
Highlighting the lack of accountability, Jay Boogie expressed, “CGE HEALTHCARE IN QUESTION REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, AND I WAS ABANDONED IN ANOTHER HOSPITAL AFTER SHE SENT A REFERRED NOTE.”
Since November 1st, the crossdresser has been undergoing dialysis and treatment for sepsis, depleting his life savings in the process.
While he has received some support from the Nigerian Plastic Surgery Community and a few friends, Jay Boogie is now turning to the public for additional assistance in covering ongoing medical treatments.
The statement released by Jay Boogie read, “I am writing to request financial assistance for continuous medical treatment in order to recover.”
