If the Court decides to exercise its legal authority to halt the May 29th inauguration, the President-elect will no longer be President-elect, unless the Supreme Court upholds INEC’s announcement.

There is a three-pronged strategy,
First, the party selects the candidate, then the electorate casts their ballots, INEC announces the winner, and finally, the court accepts or rejects the winner, all as specified by the constitution.
