1) The legal battle to overturn Bola Tinubu’s election victory began on Monday, with the Presidential Election Petitions Court promising to deliver justice ”to those who deserve it.” The long-awaited pre-hearing proceeding was presided over by Justice Haruna Tsammani at the Court of Appeal in Abuja.

2) The camps of the All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party in Osun State are tense as the Supreme Court determines the winner of the 16 July 2022 governorship election in the state today May 9,2023.
