The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially commenced the online registration process for the 2023 Batch C Stream 2. Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) can complete their registration from today, 12th November, to 16th November 2023. In line with this development, we present essential tips to guide you through a seamless online registration experience:

1. Accessing the NYSC Registration Portal:

• Visit the NYSC Registration Portal at https://www.nysc.org.ng
• Click on the active link to initiate your registration process.

2. Fresh Registration and Revalidation:

• If you are a first-time registrant, click on the “Fresh Registration” link.
• If you were deployed in previous batches but did not report to camp, select the “Revalidation” link to revalidate your registration.

3. Resuming Previous Registration:

• For those who registered previously but did not complete the process, click “Login Here” to continue with your existing Username and Password.

4. Thumbprint Procedure:

• Do not authorize thumbprinting by proxy.
• Utilize the Digital Persona U.are.U 4500 fingerprint reader for thumbprints.

5. Passport Photograph Guidelines:

• Upload a clear passport photograph in appropriate dressing.
• Note that the uploaded passport photograph will feature on your Certificate of National Service and Exemption Certificate.
• Avoid uploading a passport photograph with NYSC crested vest attire.
• Remember that the passport photograph cannot be altered after Camp Registration.

6. Correction and Verification:

• Apply for corrections related to Name, spelling errors, and rearrangements.

7. Key Personal Information:

• Details such as Date of Birth, Date of Graduation, and Course of Study will appear on your Certificate of National Service and Exemption Certificate. Ensure accuracy, as these details cannot be corrected after Camp Registration.

8. Additional Correction Requests:

• Apply for corrections related to Date of Birth, Name, Course of Study, Class of Degree, and Qualification on your dashboard.

9. Special Considerations:

• The portal is open for Foreign-trained graduates and part-time graduates.

10. Armed Forces Service Indication:

• PCMs serving in the Armed Forces should indicate this status during Online Registration.
