We have seen wickedness and man’s inhumanity to man in our land. We have seen betrayal by those we love with our lives.We have seen men sell their destiny for a pot of porridge.
We have seen deception and outright desecration of things we hold dear to us. We have seen how intellectuals by their actions and inactions have condescended to the level of a motor park tout and we are no longer surprised because “say what, say what can happen”.

We in the OSU Governorship movement are not deterred by the callous manipulation by a privilege few within Delta Central to thwart our collective aspirations as a people. No matter their plan, we will stand strong, hold the line, be of good courage, keep the faith, fight the good fight and NEVER give up! This is a given.
The truth is that I am often asked why I speak up for the good people of Sapele, Okpe, and Uwvie more than any other federal constituency within Delta Central.
I do so because, historically, the OSU federal constituency has contributed in no small measure to the socio-economic and political development of Delta state yet has suffered more political persecution, humiliation, neglect, underdevelopment, subjugation, and outright marginalization than others within the Delta central senatorial district.
It is on good record that no Uwvie man has been a Senator and no Okpe man has been Governor of this state. This cannot be said of other federal constituencies within the Delta central senatorial district.
This is the main reason the agitation for the political emancipation of the OSU people is gaining momentum every day.
Apart from me, there are two rising groups of stars that are gallantly championing the course of the people of the OSU federal constituency today who have earned my respect and admiration.
The first is the ever resilient men and women of the OSU Governorship Movement (OGM) and the second is all men of goodwill across Delta State who believe that it is the turn of the OSU federal constituency to produce the Governor if common sense and equity must prevail.
Both are deeply courageous and totally committed to the cause of the OSU people, and both will play a great role in the new Delta of our dream.
I accepted this mission with an abiding faith in my people and an audacious faith in the future of our people and mankind. I refuse to accept despair as the final response to the ambiguities of history.
To all members of the OSU Governorship movement (OGM), I want to say thank you to my dearest friends and brothers. God bless and keep you and yours.
You are irrepressible and unstoppable, and your courage is extraordinary, exceptional, and remarkable!
You are the joy, pride, and strength of the sons and daughters of the OSU federal constituency and you make us proud. Keep the fighting spirit on a high frequency.
We are aware of the conspiracy by sons of perdition against our cry for justice and equity. Be rest assured, their vain prodigality will amount to nothing in the end. I urge you all to be resilient and be of good courage.
The good news is that there is a God in heaven who neither sleeps nor slumbers, who shapes nations’ fates and rules over men’s affairs.
He is Jehovah Elshaddai, Jehoval Elohim, and Jehobah. He is the Omniscience, Omnipotence, and Omnipresence; He is the Ancient of Days; He is faithful, and He will never fail us.
In the weeks to come, we shall mobilise and entrench the struggle at the gates of Asaba. Yes, we can if we are resolute. We have done it before, and we will do it again.
Just continue to watch and pray. We shall prevail because 2023 is our divine mandate.
