Nigerian Police kill four kidnap suspects in Abia.
Four suspected members of a kidnapping gang have been killed by police in Aba, the commercial hub of Abia State.
The criminals, whose operational base was in the Osisioma local government area, operated between the states of Abia and Rivers.

Police reportedly killed the suspects in their hideout during a gun battle.
According to police command sources, the agents stormed the kidnappers’ hideout after receiving credible intelligence.
The hideout, according to the police, is in Oyibo, a border town between Abia and Rivers.
It was discovered that the team rescued two kidnapped women who were waiting for their families to pay a ransom.
Recovered were AK-47 rifles, pump action guns, different licence plate numbers, and two vehicles.
