The paramount ruler of Ebiraland, Dr. AbdulRahman Ado Ibrahim, known as the Ohinoyi, has passed away at the age of 94.
Born on February 7, 1929, he was the fourth traditional ruler and the reigning Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, a traditional state with its headquarters in Okene, Kogi State.
