Position Overview: Admin and Facilities Manager at PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc Recruitment

  • Location: Nigeria Head Office
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Facilities Management: Supervise maintenance, cleaning, fumigation, safety, and security of the head office and other designated facilities.
  • Efficient Archive Room Management
  • Team Leadership: Manage team performance, conduct regular reviews, identify developmental needs, and ensure objectives are met.
  • Skillful Project Management: Coordinate with vendors for building/renovation projects.
  • Fleet, Drivers & Fuel Card Management: Handle Company & Third-Party Drivers effectively.
  • CUG Phone Allocation & Management
  • Oversight of vendors within the Admin/Housing domain
  • Expertise in Expat Management: Manage work permits, STR visas, housing, etc.
  • Travel Desk Responsibilities: Assist with local and international travel visa support, ticketing, and guest hotel reservations.
  • Streamline Company Supplies: Manage stationery, printing, beverages, cleaning/hygiene materials.
  • Ensure Smooth Mail Room Management & Related Matters
  • Execute other Admin duties as directed by the Head of HR & Admin
