Suspected yahoo boy lynched in Ondo for crushing four to death
On Monday, an accident occured in Ondo state which claimed the lives of four.
Witnesses reported that rescuers who rushed to the driver’s aid discovered fetish items within the vehicle, indicating that the driver was involved in rituals, also known as ‘yahoo plus’.

Infuriated by the discovery of fetish items in the car, the sympathisers beat the driver to a coma.
Some individuals were searching for tyres to ignite the driver and his vehicle when police officers arrived and rescued him while he was half-dead.
SP Funmilayo Odunlami Omisanya, a spokesman for the Ondo police force, stated that the suspect was already dead when officers arrived on the scene.

She reported that six additional victims were rushed to hospitals.
“Two people died. A motorbike and its operator. Six additional individuals have been rushed to the hospital.
“The youth perished. He was not severely beaten. He was murdered, and his vehicle was set on fire. Stories constitute fetish-related discourse. Our men were incapable of making any arrests in that circumstance.”
