“There will be chaos and violence in Nigeria if FG fails to do the right thing” — Femi Falana reacts as Peter Obi drags Tinubu to court
Human rights lawyer Femi Falana has said that there will be violence in the country if the federal government fails to do the right.
Speaking on the issue, Falana said: “The Supreme Court decision shows that this is a great time for democracy in Nigeria. The federal government should not interfere in this matter and the courts should be allowed to decide.”
“The federal government has said that they will follow the decision of the court and it will be final, so when the time comes, they should follow the decision of the federal government, they should not do otherwise. Otherwise they will cause chaos and violence in Nigeria.
Femi Falana said that if the court favors someone and gives victory to a certain candidate, even the federal government should not go against it if it wants peace in the country.
