Professor Adangor’s resignation was swiftly followed by Isaac Kamalu’s, who was reassigned to the Ministry of Employment Generation and Empowerment.

In his resignation letter to Governor Fubara via the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Tammy Danagogo, Kamalu lamented being redeployed despite his significant contributions to the state’s economic development. Both former commissioners are staunch loyalists of former governor and FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike.
