Below is his resignation letter.

Buda’s defection comes days after the Zamfara State chapter of the PDP vowed that nothing will prevent the party from winning the state’s elections next year.

The Zamfara PDP stated that the APC in the state should stop celebrating the PDP’s absence from the upcoming election.

EJESGIST.NG disclosed that a Federal High Court in Gusau, Zamfara State, prohibited the PDP from fielding a candidate for governor in Zamfara for the 2023 elections.

According to an order issued by Justice Aminu Bappa on Tuesday, November 8, the court ruled that the PDP does not have a valid candidate for the governorship election in Zamfara.
