Arise TV Anchor, Rufai Oseni raises alarm over assassination attempt on his life

According to the page who claim are unaware of who Rufai is, an assassination attack is being planned on him and his family as well.

Arise TV anchor, Rufai Oseni has recieved a death threat from an anonymous group recently.

This was made known on Arise TV ‘The Morning Show’ by Rufai’s colleague, Ojy Okpe, on the ‘Whats Trending’ part of the morning show.

Reading straight from a displayed post made by a “Anonymous Collective” page on Facebook recently, Ojy noted that Rufai’s life is in danger according to claims by this page.

According to the page who claim are unaware of who Rufai is, an assassination attack is being planned on him and his family as well.

The page that has thousands of followers is widely known to expose secrets and plans by unidentified people, especially cases of death threats anonymously.

From the post, Peter Obi’s arrest claims which has been going round was also mentioned there and it was stated that these plans are about to be executed, and they encouraged the Arise TV anchor to stay safe.

Reacting to the threat on the show, Rufai noted that this isn’t the first time he’s receiving such kind of threats on his life and even his family.

He revealed that although his job has taken a toll on him and his family, he won’t stop because good and credible journalism is something the country needs and he won’t back down because of any threat on his life.

Ojy Okpe in response to Rufai’s comment told him that everyone of them at Arise TV are solidly behind him.
