In a dramatic turn of events, the Rivers State House of Assembly has issued a stern warning to Governor Siminalayi Fubara, threatening to resume impeachment proceedings if he continues to violate the constitution.

Speaker Martin Amaewhule, accompanied by 26 members of the Assembly, delivered this ultimatum during a press briefing in Port Harcourt.
