Job Description at Deep Blue Energy Services Limited Recruitment : As a Night Drilling Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing drilling, completion, and workover activities, ensuring they are carried out safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating communication between onshore management and the wellsite
- Ensuring all rig activities are well-planned, procedurally covered, and risk-assessed
- Supervising the implementation of drilling, completion, and workover activities
- Monitoring the cost-effective use of services and equipment offshore
- Recording lessons learned and providing input to performance reviews
- Supporting the development of offshore well engineering personnel
- Fostering a culture of teamwork, openness, and involvement
- Coordinating with the FPSO operations team on drilling matters
- Ensuring the safe execution of activities in line with HSE expectations

Required Qualifications at Deep Blue Energy Services Limited Recruitment .
