Despite Bello seeking refuge in a fundamental rights enforcement action through an order granted by Justice Isa Jamil Abdulallahi of the Kogi State High Court, the EFCC emphasized that this order did not invalidate an earlier order issued by the Federal High Court for Bello’s arrest in connection with his arraignment.
