First Bank of Nigeria Limited (FirstBank) has announced Olusegun Alebiosu as its new acting Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, pending approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Alebiosu replaces Dr. Adesola Adeduntan, who served in the role since 2016.
Before his appointment, Alebiosu held the position of Executive Director, Chief Risk Officer, and Executive Compliance Officer since January 2022. He began his professional journey in 1991 at Oceanic Bank (now EcoBank) and has since garnered extensive experience in various roles within the banking and financial services sector.
