1) On May 29, approximately 65 world leaders, including Heads of State, will attend the inauguration of President-elect , who will be sworn in as the 16th President of Nigeria. 2) According to the Federation Account Allocation Committee, the three levels of government received N655.93 billion in April 2023. The amount is N58.7 billion less than the N714.63 billion shared in March 2023.


3) The Federal Capital Territory Command of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency announced on Thursday that it had apprehended 34 suspects during raids on illegal drug dens in the territory. In an Abuja interview, the agency’s FCT Commander, Kabir Tsakuwa, disclosed this information.
