Bandits Attack: Niger State Police Command confirm death of DPO, four others

The Niger State Police Command has confirmed that a Divisional Police Officer (DPO) was killed in Paikoro Division by gunmen believed to be bandits during a fierce gun battle.

On Sunday in Minna, the Police Public Relations Officer of the Command, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, issued a statement to the media stating that the DPO, SP Mukhtar Sabiu, and four other police officers were killed in the gun battle.

5) On Sunday, the Christian Association of Nigeria distanced itself from the alleged N2 billion given by Labour Party presidential candidate to churches under its umbrella.
