Job Summary: To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of operations at the station through effective utilization of human and material resources, and ensuring that staff adhere to Rainoil’s rules/regulations/policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate station operational and marketing results, developing interventions for business development and growth.
- Evaluate daily sales, meter reading, dipping, and lodgements.
- Compile and analyze periodic sales records, consolidating reports to the Head of Retail Sales.
- Maintain excellent standards in retail activity, driving sales and profitability.
- Coordinate sales of white products and lubricants, ensuring high patronage in line with budgets and projections.
- Implement HSE Standards and controls in retail stations.
