The life of His Excellency Sim Fubara, the Executive Governor of Rivers State, is currently under threat. He must not face harm, abduction, intimidation, impeachment, or any form of removal from office; otherwise, the repercussions will be catastrophic and unimaginable.

Those attempting to oppress and subjugate the righteous, enslaving fellow human beings indefinitely, destroying, tormenting, and humiliating others, and denying the sons and daughters of our land the right to equity, can never diminish or defeat us. Ultimately, the will of the people and the counsel and purpose of God will prevail.

Those who cannot learn from history will forever remain slaves to it.

The relentless attempt by the 27 members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, under the direction of former Governor Nyesom Wike, to impeach His Excellency Sim Fubara is not only callous, cruel, and unjust but also totally inexplicable and unacceptable.

Governor Nyesom Wike is a sociopathic, depraved, and malevolent tyrant who has broken the spirit of his people, enslaved them for years, and turned them into groveling quislings, servile and compliant zombies, and sniveling lackeys. The people of Rivers State must take action to remove him from power through resistance, rebellion, or the collective will of the people.

I support every action the Governor of Rivers State has taken so far, including the demolition of the State House of Assembly. I commend him for standing up against wickedness, injustice, and tyranny. Without resistance, fighting back, and ‘breeding unnatural troubles’ in the face of such challenges, one cannot expect to enjoy the God-given right to freedom or witness emancipation from subjugation and oppression.

Nigerians have a duty to fight the Hydra-headed menace of Godfatherism, and by the grace of God, we shall prevail.

Barrister Nyesom Wike should reflect on what happened to Godfatherism in Enugu State, Edo State, and Delta State. No man is God.

When a mere mortal claims, ‘I made you,’ it is an affront to God and a stench in His nostrils. God alone grants power, and He alone takes the glory for who or what we are or become tomorrow.

The sheer madness displayed by Nyesom Wike and his 27 disciples must be restrained before it triggers an avoidable cataclysmic conflagration that may consume us all.

The President could have intervened earlier to restore peace to River State, but unfortunately, we have a President who does not comprehend the importance of unity and peace. He is willing to crush and destroy every institution in the country and abuse power just to retain control.

We have a president who holds contempt for anything or anybody that does not align with his views or support his cause.

In all of this, Governor Nyesom Wike will soon be relegated to the dustbin of history, and His Excellency Sim Fubara will not only prevail but will be the David of the people of Rivers State.
