First Daughter of Professor Chris Nwaokobia, Jnr. Set to Make History with Longest Home Kitchen Cooking Marathon Attempt, Sharing Meals with the Homeless and Supporting Local Home Cooks.
Chef Grace Nwaokobia, the first daughter of Professor Chris Nwaokobia, Jnr, is poised to make history with a Guinness World Record attempt for the Longest Home Kitchen Cooking Marathon in March this year. She aims to surpass Rickey Lumpkins’ record of 68 hours, unbroken since 2018.
The marathon will take place in a serviced home apartment in Lagos, with limited restrictions allowing the public to show support. An array of home-cooked meals will be prepared abundantly.
In a remarkable twist, the meals cooked during the marathon will be shared in special takeaway packs, providing essential sustenance to the homeless on the streets and representatives of orphanage homes in attendance. Additionally, selected home cooks will receive kitchen appliances as gifts for their businesses.
