In a tweet shared on his official social media handle, President Tinubu stated, “All hands must be on deck in the great task of positioning our dear nation for progress.” This message reflects his strong commitment to national development and the collaborative effort required to achieve it.

The Tinubu administration has been diligently working to revitalize the Nigerian economy, particularly in light of recent initiatives such as the removal of petrol subsidies and the unification of foreign exchange rates. These measures are aimed at ensuring economic stability and growth.

Additionally, the government has been actively addressing concerns raised by labour unions, resulting in agreements reached last week that averted the threat of a workers’ strike. The presidency has assured that the terms of these agreements will be fulfilled within a 30-day timeframe.

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) serves as the coordinator of federal government affairs, playing a pivotal role in coordinating activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the Federal Executive Council (FEC). The SGF’s office also handles appointments to boards of government departments and agencies, subject to the President’s approval.

President Tinubu’s unwavering focus on Nigeria’s progress and his commitment to addressing critical national issues underscore his determination to lead the nation towards a brighter future.
