The Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership, Kentucky, United States of America, inducted Abraham John Onoja as a Fellow.

 

At a glamorous and elaborate event in Lagos, Diplomat Abraham John Onoja was honored among other notable individuals from across the African continent for his outstanding contributions to promoting the creative industry in Nigeria and beyond. This recognition took place at the organization’s West African Leadership Summit, themed “Sustaining Democracy in West Africa: The Role of African Youths,” held at Oriental Hotel, Lagos.

Diplomat Onoja expressed his gratitude to the organizers and pledged to continue promoting the creative industry and working towards lasting peace in society, which he believes is the foundation for any meaningful development.

Abraham John Onoja received the Fellow designation alongside HRH Amb. Dr. Yeye Lara Fashola and Hon. Habib Ceesay, a Politician and Youth Leader from Gambia.

 

In the same vein, the West African Leadership Summit honored Diplomat Onoja with the Youth Empowerment Award in appreciation of his commitment, selflessness, and impact within the West African subregion and beyond.

 

Speaking at the event in Lagos, the Founder, Mr. Olawale Joshua Owoyomi, stated that the day was dedicated to honoring excellence and leading lights in the promotion of peace and harmony in a convivial atmosphere. The West African region is currently facing economic challenges, security issues, and anti-democratic forces attempting to destabilize the region. Therefore, the youth need to step up and ensure that democracy thrives and prevails.

The event brought together emerging and established youths who are shining a light on and making a significant impact in West Africa.

 

After receiving numerous awards, Abraham John Onoja expressed his appreciation to the event organizers and pledged to do even more.
