APC has Finally Destroyed Our Judicial System : Sanco Ese

I am indeed saddened by the worthless vituperation of Delta APC and the belief that Mr. President has promised to hand over Delta State to them through the courts. If this is true, then Nigeria is finished.

I am not here to doubt whatever they decide to say or believe because there are clearly ominous signs that threaten not just our faith in the electoral and judicial system but evince that our democracy is compromised.

It is also crystal clear that the ruling party will not desist from this inglorious ideology of ‘snatch, grab, and run away with power,’ as directed by Mr. President during the electioneering period.

It is even more worrisome that all the states where the courts have made controversial declarations are states being controlled by opposition political parties.

From Nassarawa, Kano, Zamfara, and now to Plateau State, where we are witnessing a situation in which what the ruling party missed out on Election Day is being delivered to them through the courts.

The Holy Bible, for example, enjoins us to “resist evil” in the same way that Jehu resisted Jezebel, Moses resisted Pharaoh, David resisted Goliath, Peter resisted Herod, and Paul resisted the Romans.

The signals coming from the rulings of the election tribunals are not good, and unless the APC exercises restraint, reflects sobriety, and changes course quickly, it is clear that our nation will soon find itself in a cataclysmic and monumental conflagration that has never been witnessed in our democratic history.

By this despicable, graphic, and morbid display of savagery, wickedness, and judicial banditry and the clear reflection of what can best be described as a psychopathic, murderous, corrupt, and barbaric disposition, the Nigerian judiciary has now become a danger to the peace, unity, and security of the Nigerian Nation.

What is happening in all these states is a blatant case of justice for sale. Nigeria’s courts are, without a doubt, a rotten gaggle of useless, purchasable judicial bandits and political judges. The highest bidder gets their judgment.

Worst still is the Nigerian Supreme Court. The Nigerian Supreme Court is straight-up the most hopeless Supreme Court in the history of the world’s supreme courts. The same Court once violated common sense and the will of voters and gave us a “Supreme Court governor” in Imo State who never even pretended to have won an election and also recently foisted on us a president widely believed to be a drug lord whose certificate is fraudulent and who did not win the 2023 presidential election.

A man who is notorious for subverting the will of the people. As we speak, Zamfara, Kano, Plateau, Delta, and other states are targeted for cash and carry judgments just to subvert the will of the people and plunge our country into one of the most horrendous situations in our political history.

APC and Their Judicial Bandits Must Beware of Delta State

We shouldn’t really have elections in Nigeria anymore. Everything seems to end in the courts. At least we now have a president who is terribly desperate for power and also gifted in the act of buying cash and carry judgments. So let the judges decide, but God alone has the final say.
