Application Link for NPC Birth Registration Adhoc E-Recruitment 2023 is Available Now!

As previously announced, the National Population Commission (NPC), in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), will be engaging corps members for the vital task of birth registration.

The initiative aims to register 12.7 million births in 2023, providing birth certificates to children under the age of 5 across 21 states, encompassing 456 LGAs and 4,978 wards nationwide. These certificates will document each child’s name and nationality.

We are delighted to inform you that the NPC has officially commenced the e-recruitment process for ad hoc staff to support digital birth registration. Interested applicants have the option to apply as NYSC members or as ad hoc staff.

2. If you are a youth corps member, select “Start as NYSC.” If you are not a corps member, select “Start as Adhoc.”

Interested applicants should note that the application is free and approvals are based on merit, and any citizen posing as an agent and collecting money from the applicants to fast-track or induce approvals will be found and duly prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

How to Apply for the NPC Digital Birth Registration Adhoc E-Recruitment

Interested applicants must have the following in order to successfully apply for the 2023 NPC Birth Registration Adhoc Recruitment:

1. The applicant must have a valid National Identification Number (NIN). (NIN) can only be used once to assess the assessment.
2. The applicant must write and pass an assessment test.
3. Be informed that you cannot take the assessment test more than once.
4. The applicant must use a device with a camera.
5. The applicant’s bank details must be the same as the details that will be collected from his or her NIN.
6. The applicant must have a valid educational certificate.
7. The applicant must have a valid Gmail account.
8. The applicant must score 50% or above on the assessment test.
9. Valid Bank Account number (only commercial banks are accepted.)
10. The applicant must have a valid phone number.
