Paternity Test Controversy Surrounding Late Rapper MohBad’s Son

The passing of the talented rapper, Ilerioluwa Olademeji Aloba, known by his stage name MohBad, left a void in the Nigerian music industry and sparked a controversy regarding the paternity of his five-month-old son. Joseph Aloba, MohBad’s father, has now called for a DNA test to establish the child’s paternity in response to the growing demands from Nigerians and concerns surrounding the rapper’s death.

The controversy took a new turn when a video surfaced online featuring businessman Larry Omodia, who urged MohBad’s wife to conduct a DNA test on her son to confirm his paternity. Omodia even pledged to provide N10 million to support the singer’s widow for an ‘all-expense paid’ DNA test if she agreed.

Omodia’s rationale for insisting on a DNA test stems from the numerous controversies that have arisen following MohBad’s untimely demise. He believes that conducting a DNA test is crucial, especially given a leaked conversation between MohBad and his wife, Omowunmi, during a heated argument. In the leaked clip, the ‘Peace’ singer made serious allegations against his wife, including conspiracy, and expressed that she would be held accountable if any unfortunate event were to occur.
